Jamison's 100

1 Aug 2014 by David Howlett

Even though the result of the Under 13B Qualifying final didn’t go Rowville’s way on Sunday there was one personal and club milestone to celebrate.
He wasn’t aware of it until told by his proud Dad later that evening but Jamieson Rossiter kicked his 100th goal in competitive age junior football for Rowville on Sunday.
His three goals took him to the milestone that has been achieved in 37 competitive matches in under 11 (33 goals), under 12 (16 goals) & under 13 (51 goals) year levels.
Jamieson began his junior footy as five year old at Heany Park Auskick and soon after followed his brother Sam to the Rowville Football Club where he played in the non competitive under 9 & 10 age groups.
His development continued into the competitive under 11 level in 2012 as his team competed in a preliminary final only to be defeated by the eventual premiers. In that season he was awarded with his team’s and the Under 11C EFL Best & Fairest trophies.
