Hi to all,

We are well underway in our preparations for the 2015 season with our Junior registration day scheduled for Monday week, 24th Nov at Eildon Park.

I am emailing to request some assistance in running a marketing / promotional marquee at the Heany Park primary school fate on Saturday 29th Nov.

Yes, this is Election Day also, but the electoral voting station shall also be at Heany Park PS in the gym.

The fate will run from 9am – 4pm, and we shall have an area to do some kicking & handball drills with the kids.

We shall have registration forms on hand for any new interested junior members to complete.

We are also seeking to secure some giveaways for the day from our sponsors.

RFC are the only football club invited to attend the fate so it is a great club promotion event.

We intend to have a couple of the senior players down to assist with the drills throughout the day.

Set up shall be at 8am for a 9am start.

I need at least 20 volunteers to assist and change over across the day (Approx. 1 / 1.5 hours each) and it would be great to get as many volunteers as we can As it makes less work for everybody. (Prefer 3 people at a time).

If you could ALL help by drumming up some support / assistance form your respective team / age groups, friends and family, it would be much appreciated.

We request all coaches from u8’s to u12’s in attendance through out the day (as these are the target age groups of the Primary school)

Please advise your availability ASAP and a roster shall be drawn up.
