The Rowville Football club held its 3rd annual Corporate Golf day on Friday at the Waverly Private Golf Course.

The event was again sponsored by Creation Homes.

We were blessed with a beautiful autumn day as the weather gods again smiled over us again and over 70 players enjoyed a BBQ lunch and a few pre round drinks before teeing off. Out on the course there was a combination of some serious golfers and some real “weekend hackers” carving up the course (and the bunkers) that added to the entertainment.

The event was won by Scotty Hoare and the team from Trafalgar Real Estate, this was pleasing as they have become real supporters over the past 3 years of this event. At the other end the “NAGA” award went to Craig Williamsz and the team from CD Automotive, clearly worthy winners of such a prestigious award and a real testament to their golfing prowess.

A word of thanks to Lisa Hamilton for all her work in making the day run smoothly and Ron Mynott for helping out on the 15th with our “kick a goal” competition.
